THE ORDER OF THINGS

14. bis 19. September 12-20 Uhr
Vernissage 14. September 19 Uhr
Reflecting on the relationship with the objects that are constantly overlooked in everyday life is the main focus of my exhibition. Most of the objects that surround us support daily human activity, however, they are rarely subjected to reflection. I pay attention to objects that have gone out of circulation. I look for the reality of things. Understanding how these objects exist allows us to learn more about ourselves. They remain with us in a symbiotic connection rather than hierarchical relationship.
In everyday life, we tend not to notice common objects, but still use them practically and efficiently. Often without reflection, things serve us in our daily lives. Nowadays, we regularly replace objects with newer things with a short life span. In my artworks, I look for discarded objects that are about to be disposed of. Artifacts that bring to my mind archeological works. I excavate things that have ceased to be of interest to most.
